I texted James early the next morning who attended the same day, listened patiently to us twittering on trying to describe the intruder, reassured us and laid some traps. He was patient and explained what he was going to do and why. He followed his visit by a text to make sure everything was okay and then returned to block up a considerable hole in the kitchen and gas meter cupboard in the bedroom. He followed up with another text to see if everything was okay. We are so grateful for his prompt response and recommend him without reservation.

“I called this company as I had been hearing scratching, moving noises from my loft.

They came the same day and looked in the loft and said I had squirrels. They put down traps and cages. In total three squirrels were caught. This was over a couple of days. James showed me they had been getting in through a hole behind the gutter and James sealed the hole off. I am very happy with the quick response and the price considering they came round two extra times to check the traps. I am very happy and I can now sleep peacefully at night.
